1)Shot blaster is installed at bottom, different diameter steel pipe can get stable rust cleaning effect.
2)Adopt large amount of blasting, high ejection speed of blasting, significantly improving the rust removing efficiency.
3)Blast chamber is made of high chromium wear-resistant cast iron protective plate, the board is low cost, simple, convenient replacement, suitable lifetime which is generally used.
4)Separator adopts full curtain separator technology, separation effect is good.
5)Steel shot control system adopt cylinder control, simple and reliable.
6)Inlet and outlet sealing using ≥5mm polyurethane board.
Shot Blasting Unit of Steel Pipe Outside Wall
This machine is consist of cleaning room, shot blasting machine, horizontal spiral conveyor, lifting machine, separator, platform, shot transporting device, dust removal pipeline, dust removal system, electrical system and other parts.1). Cleaning room is welded by steel frame and steel plate which has enough stiffness and strength, down part has mouth of shot blasting machine. Blasting area is equipped with wear-resistant Mn13 steel plate to prevent breakdown chamber shell,Mn13 steel plates fixed wear-resisting nut on the chamber wall which is conveniently replaced; Roof is equipped with dust removal outlet, side is equipped with the access door. Replaceable double-layer polyurethane plate installed at the end of inlet and outlet pipe of chamber body.
2). Lifting machine adopts deep-bucket flat belt, high strength belt transmission, discharging way is the centrifugal gravity , cover is made of bending forming welded structure, access door is at the side, bottom cover has mobile door in the front part and side part for maintenance. Pulley is anti-slip, anti-shift structures, hopper installation position and ways ensure the belt to be uniformly forced and long service life.Belt has adjusting and tensioning device, the adjusting range is 200 mm. Lifting machine down belt wheel axle is equipped with pulse wheel, used to detect speed, monitoring the working state of the lifting machine, once fault occurs, feedback, report and alarm will do timely. lifting machine install air pipe at up hopper toward separator raising sand side, connected to the dust removal pipelines, equipped with adjustable airflow valve.
3). Lifting machine chute is mainly used for discharging steel short to the separator, because at the bottom of the chute is erosion badly, wear-resistant plate is equipped to ensure the machine work position.
4). Platform is the support of separator which is also convenient adjusting lifting machine and separator.
5). Separator adopts spiral drum screen, air separation system and fixed screen three-stage separation. Drum screen using varying pitch conveying technology. Air separation system adopts three-level curtain fall, width can be adjusted by adjusting mechanism to a full curtain which can be automatic detection and automatic adjustment, to ensure the separation effect. Fixed screen's screen with a certain intensity and stiffness is wearing resistance, to facilitate cleaning impurity it has a certain slope. Ventilating pipe connected to the dust outlet pipeline is equipped with air valve adjusting air flow.
6). Spiral conveyor is mainly used for conveying of the steel shot, it is made of screw axis and screw drive parts etc.
7). Hopper is welded by steel plate and structure steel, can store qualified steel shot, for the use of shot blasting machine.
8). Steel shot conveyor system is composed of lock gate and flow pipe, lock gate adopts air operated shot blasting supplying technology, using screw to adjust the steel short flow, air opening and closing, can realize stepless adjustment of flow and change blasting qty according to different conditions, blasting quantity can be dynamic display indirectly through the motor current meter.
9). Shot blasting machine adopts American technology, blade wheel is made of high wear-resistant alloy 20CrMnMo carburizing treatment, main wearing parts such as blade, short wheel, direction regulating sleeve, adopts Cr20 high wear-resistant alloy fusible pattern precision casting process manufacture, long service life, good interchangeability. Shot blasting machine adopts Swedish SKF bearing and install the temperature measuring device, to realize the automatic temperature monitoring. Blade installation method using interpolation. Shot blasting machine used the vibration damping and noise reduction device.
10). Dust removal pipeline: Dust outlet of cleaning room, ventilation dust outlet separator , dust outlet of lifting machine connect with settling tank which is connected to the dust removal system. Most of the steel short absorbed is collected here, the dust go into the dust removal system.
11). Electrical adopt PLC control in order to guarantee the reliability of the operation of equipment. Each machine is equipped with overload protection device. Control cabinet is equipped with an emergency stop button, once there is any situation happening, pressing the emergency stop button all the line will stop working.
12). Dust removal system: Configuration of this dust removal system is consist of pulse bag filter, cyclone separator, centrifugal fan, chimney.
