Electrical control system includes: upload and download pipe module, steel pipe transmission module, mid-frequency control module, powder spraying control module, dust collecting module, cooling module, prevent powder overflow module, safety module.

Electrical Central Control Cabinet System for Powder Coating

1. The upload and download pipe module control the pipe pulling mechanism to load the stainless steel pipe onto the pipe conveying line and transfer the steel pipe finished spraying to the finished pipe platform.

2. The steel pipe transmission module controls the transmission of steel pipe in the process of steel pipe preheating and spraying, and controls the position, direction and speed of steel pipe according to different steel pipe and process requirements.

3. The mid-frequency heating control module controls the medium frequency power supply to preheat and spray the steel pipe. The medium frequency heating control module sets the heating temperature according to different steel pipe and process requirements.

4. The powder spraying control module controls the powder spraying system and accurately controls the amount of powder spraying according to the process requirements.

5. The dust collecting module controls the dust collecting system and the powder recycling system. The dust collecting system collects the spillage powder produced during powder spraying into the dust collector to prevent powder overflow and ensure a clean production environment. The powder recovery system will send the powder that falls in the powder spraying box back to the fluidization box for continuous use, saving production cost.

6. The cooling module controls the cooling system of steel pipe, cooling tower and circulating water system.

7. The prevent powder overflow module controls the flow direction of powder in the pipeline, prevents the powder from falling onto the surface of the steel pipe forming coating, and improves the surface finish and coating quality.

8. The safety module monitors the abnormal conditions and parameters of all links in the whole production process, issues warnings and handles emergencies in time to ensure the safety of production.

The PLC of electrical control system is the core part of the system. The touch screen provides the man-machine interface, and the operator sets and monitors the production process through the touch screen. The touch screen displays the simulation screen of the production process, and provides the status, parameters and alarm information of each production link and system. The control system operates in manual mode and automatic mode.
